Rich was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta and lived
in Costa Rica for 2 years from 1995 to 1997 and has been searching for
land to develop for the last year. Rich started Costa Rica’s first
full color surf magazine and plans to move to Costa Rica permanently,
as he’s been planning for a few years. Rich has recently applied
for residency status. He speaks fluent Spanish, French and English and
knows the Costa Rican life and culture well. Rich will be managing the
entire project from purchase through development and ultimate management
and general maintenance of the properties - one of several advantages
is that you’d have a native Calgarian close to and running the
entire project, including ongoing hotel operations management as well
as land management and maintenance.
Rich is a certified Project Management Professional (www.pmi.org),
developing software and running large scale change management projects
for the Canadian Pacific Railway and will be leaving his position after
the land is purchased and utilities have been developed.
