On
the ridge between the dry zone and the rainy zone Playa San Miguel
is the big jewel in Costa Rica.
It
is the last frontier and is being meticulously developed by large
construction companies from all over the world.
The entire bay, which includes Playa Coyote, is being called the
future model example of development.
We
have been working some real estate in this area and have made
some excellent connections. This is the area
where we do most of our custom searches. We are currently developing
a property for a Calgarian in this area.
The
beach is an 8 kms stretch of white sand. And while it is safe
to swim in most conditions it is also an excellent
surfing wave. There are mangroves and rivers where you can fish
for Mahi Mahi and so much more to be discovered.
